Branson Area Features

Gifts, Collectibles and Souvenirs

When traveling, most of us like to purchase gifts for our loved ones or souvenirs of a fantastic vacation. Every destination has its own inimitable merchandise that is desired by shoppers from all over the world. Branson is no different. In fact, many Branson residents use locally sourced materials to create and sell unique items in boutique shops.

To browse a collection of handcrafted items all in one place, visit Branson Mill Craft Village. This eclectic shopping area hosts an array of artists and craftsmen. You'll find just about everything you never knew you needed at this location. Over 100 vendors demonstrate their crafts and wares here, and you can even take classes to learn a new artistic skill. Those who enjoy sewing or tactile arts may like shopping for a new quilt or lace décor for the home. Custom leather goods are made before your eyes and available for sale at the Crooked Sky Trading Post. Garden embellishments, woodcarvings, paintings, even homemade mineral cosmetics and so much more can be found here. While meandering through all of these shops, be sure to visit Mountain Man Nut & Fruit Co. for a healthy and delicious snack.

Stroll down the beautiful streets of the downtown area to find boutique stores where designer clothes, jewelry and handmade crafts of exceptional quality can be found. Inside Peter Engler Designs, woodworking tools, books, and finished products that continue Engler's crafting legacy are sold beside items such as candles and pottery created by other local artists. You’ll even be able to see carvers sculpting their next creations! Meanwhile, at Kelly Ann's, you'll find upscale clothing at a fraction of the cost offered at other stores. In addition to distinctive new clothing in an array of sizes, snatch up some gently worn vintage items at a great price. The collection of boutique stores in this area is amazing and as downtown Branson continues to grow, you can look forward to finding new products and interesting gifts in this quaint shopping district.

Missourians love America and are rightfully proud of their heritage. Throughout Branson, you'll find a myriad of purchasable products that support the troops or pay homage to a branch of service. Veteran ball caps, lapel pins or t-shirts are on display in nearly every store, and the Flagstore in downtown Branson is the place to go for a waving emblem of your patriotism. This cool store has a huge selection of flags for the home or garden. From the U.S. and state flags to "Don't Tread on Me" and POW flags, this shop has it all and then some!

The holiday season is also held in high regard in Branson—and not just in December... Kringles Christmas Shop at Grand Village Shops proves that the merriness of the holiday can be in your heart year-round. As you enter the festive house that is trimmed with evergreen garlands and painted white, red and green, you'll find Christmas has come to Branson—even in July! Inside, over 100 decorated trees display thousands of ornaments that you can purchase, including the prized Christopher Radko hand-blown glass ornaments from Poland. There are nativity sets from Italy, and Department 56 townscapes and Snowbabies. The store even has exclusive Jim Shore Santas including (when available) the limited edition "Santa Across America—Branson" collectibles made exclusively for Kringles.

Anyone who likes to fix or repair things will enjoy a trip to Tool Town USA. Over 50,000 tools are available for purchase and some items, such as a new chisel set or utility knives, make great gifts. You'll also find warehouse prices on the planes, wrenches, snips, and many other hand-held tools you'll see here. If a flex-mirror or a new socket set is just the item Mr. or Ms. Fix-It has been needing to add to their tool collection, this is the place to get one.

The World's Largest Toy Museum Complex has an astonishing collection of toys from yesteryear including Barbies from the last 50 years, Matchbox cars, tin toys, vintage games and more. The galleries display more than one million toys showcasing everything you or your parents grew up with. Visit the museum’s store for something to take home with you. The shop has a bunch of hard-to-find classic toys for purchase—you may find that fond memory from the past!

More playtime is present and easily accessible in Branson Landing. Not only are there tons of stores such as Bass Pro Shops and Belk in this district, but the dancing fountains, old-time photos, ziplines, arcades and themed restaurants are also in this location. Bring the kids to Ridemakerz where they can be a car’s automotive engineer. Every car builder will have the opportunity to choose their own body style, color, rims, and the other important details to make a car that is unique to them. Then they can assemble their vehicle, take it home and let it serve as a great reminder of a wonderful Branson vacation.

In addition to live stage performances, movies and restaurants, the IMAX® Entertainment Complex has many distinctive shops. Ozark Mountain Time Clocks boasts a stunning collection of timepieces. Among their selection are grandfather clocks by Howard Miller—one of the oldest and largest grandfather clock manufacturers in the United States. These clocks are beautifully carved and will remain a "timeless" piece of your home and the homes of future generations. Jewelry, accessories and beauty products such as Crabtree & Evelyn soaps are found at Fabulous Finds, whereas The Shadow Box retails collectibles and other unique gifts. At Legacy & Legend Gifts, you can bring home a poster of an IMAX® show featuring your favorite celebrity, or a John Deere hat or shirt.

For the latest styles or even for everyday clothing, you can find some of the nation's top designers at Tanger Outlets. The entire family will love this shopping destination for everything they could possibly need: clothes, toys, home décor, sports equipment, jewelry, and even specialty food items. There are over 75 stores at Tanger Outlets where you can spend your time wandering the aisles and browsing the clothing racks.

As your trip nears its end, you may want to start shopping for a small token to take home. At Leather Trading Co., you'll find gorgeous handmade products displaying quality workmanship such as belts, purses, jackets and hats. Or, if you need a gift for someone with a sweet tooth, pick up some homemade fudge at either The Fudgery or Grand Country Fudge. These decadent treats are a great way to thank someone for watching the pets, plants and house while you were away—or a nice treat for yourself!

Enjoy browsing the eclectic stores that can be found in the Branson region. You'll love the quality, selection and appeal of the products offered by our friendly storekeepers.
